Hi! I'm Dr Hannah, practitioner psychologist

I specialise in helping people who feel stuck or overwhelmed. My 1-1 sessions are customised to your unique needs, empowering you to feel more confident, capable, and in control.

  • Perfectionism and the struggle to meet self-imposed high standards, which can often go hand in hand with procrastination.

  • Imposter Syndrome the deep seated belief that you’re not good enough or that you don’t belong.
  • Self-criticism which is a constant unwanted companion ready to pipe up with the slightest whiff of failure or rejection.

What can't I help with?

I'm not a clinical psychologist, so I don't work with severe mental health difficulties. I'm also not a psychiatrist, so I don't prescribe medication. If you're unsure about whether I can help, please get in touch and we can discuss it.

Not sure about these sessions, here's some advice clients have for you

Take part! even if you take 1% from it, it's worth doing.

I definitely recommend for others. I think the more we learn and know about ourselves the more potential we can unlock. More importantly, the more we can help each other.

I would say approach sessions with an open mind. If you go in with your mind already made up about sessions, then you won't get the most out of them. I would also say, don't be afraid to ask questions.

I would recommend 100% - I had no idea I would discuss certain things and areas were highlighted which were causing me stress and issues that I hadn't considered before. The benefits have been massive - in both my personal life and in my training environment.

I'm properly tight-fisted and initially thought this might not be a sensible use of my money, but after the second session I was seeing tangible improvements and now consider it has been money very well spent. The sessions have really helped me and I've several things to focus on to maintain the improvements.
