me about what made you reach out to me for sessions? And What would you like to be different in your life?
Sessions 2-5: Tailored support, using evidence based approaches and techniques to support your needs. These lead
to
increased self-awareness and a more helpful way of relating to yourself and the world around you, so that you can do
the things that are important to you, and do them well, without burning out.
Session 6: Review and action planning. Looking at what we’ve worked on, what’s changed for you and what insights
or
actions you’re going to take forward to help you continue to grow and flourish in work and life.
